Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All tags and original packaging are intact.

The item is not customized (with team names, logos, or personal embroidery).
⚠️ Custom-made or personalized items (including uniforms printed with names, numbers, or logos) cannot be returned or exchanged, except if defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

Contact our support team at support@jugglesports.com.co within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, photos (if defective), and a brief reason for return.

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping details.

Ship the product back in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size replacements or defective items only.
To exchange an item, please contact our team before sending anything back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
