Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

⚠️ Please note: Customized or made-to-order products (such as team uniforms or personalized sportswear) may take 10–20 business days for production before shipment.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide through reliable courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Colombia): 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs, location, or weather conditions.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier service selected.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 days of your order, please contact our support team.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Juggle Sports is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@jugglesports.com.co within 24 hours.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.
We will assist in filing a claim with the courier or arranging a replacement if applicable.


8. Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or production times.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Unforeseen delays may occur due to:
